While we hope that you will love your merchandise, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of full priced merchandise, we will gladly accept your items within 14 days of purchase. Please see requirements below. Sale items and items purchased using any discount code, are all FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 14 days of your order
  • In New condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging, with original tags attached.  

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • SALE or discounted items.
  • Items that don't comply with requirements above.
  • Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Goodwinds's discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

What about shipping charges?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For accepted returns, you will be refunded the products price, sales tax (if applicable) minus the original cost of shipping.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • For apparel orders with FREE SHIPPING, a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted on all returns.


Equipment Returns:

Refunds on equipment orders over $500 are subject to a restocking fee (10%) and the original cost of shipment if free shipping was selected. When returning your gear, we recommend using a service that provides a tracking number, and purchasing insurance for larger packages in the event it gets lost. For equipment orders with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Before your return is authorized, we will share with you the exact amount for you to assess cost. Used gear are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.


How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the following page and click Start a Return. CLICK FOR EASY RETURN OR EXCHANGE
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • Once we received your merchandise, Goodwinds will email you with confirmation of receipt and approval of return if it complies with the requirements above.
